The warranty time of HONSON is 6 months- 1 year regards to specific items, Within Warranty period, if underthe usage of instruction sheet, any product broken or damage, we willoffer the repair service for free or replacefor free.
Even if within the warranty period, if the following occurs, certain maintenance costs will be charged.
The malfunction and damaged caused by incorrect use, the unauthorized repairs and alteration.
The damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary product damage.
The product malfunction caused by the fall and transportation failures after purchase
The product malfunction caused by Not in accordance with the user manual operation
The malfunction and damaged caused by the other barriers (man-mad factors or external device).
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.Allitems must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packagingYou'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Initiate a retum Please email us at infor@honsoncn.com wth photos andor videos of the tems and let us know your ordernumber Our customer service staff will determine the eligibilty for your retum request within 3 business days. Or directlycontact your sales.
Ship the tem back If your retum is accepted, well send you the retum address as well as instructions on how and where tosend your package (Note ltems retumed without authorzation wll not be accepted) We recommend that you send yourreturnvexchange in a shippng metnod provding tracking intormation as well as a signature, because we wll not be responsiblefor lost retum/exchange.
Refund or exchange when we receve your retumexchange, we will nspect the item in 3 workng days and then provde areplacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
3.Return Charge
If the retum is due to our problems (Such as incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you,I the retumn is due to the buyer's problem (such as dont like/want the ltem,ordered a wrong product/size) the buyershould pay the freight.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
