Common faults and solutions 

1,the machine can not boot:

A.the battery may not have power,if you can boot in normal after charging 

B..machine crashes due to procedural disorder ,push the ON/OFF button to off for 3-5seconds,the push to ON,press power button to turn on 

C..power button is failure, find professionall service personnel 

2.Machine crashes:switch the ON/OFF button to off  for 3 seconds ,the switch to ON,press power button to turn on.

3.It can not play 

A.Please format the disk ,and then re-download files 

B..it occurs phenomenon such as failure in playing and crashing etc. Due to the damage in media files.

C.File format does not support 

4.messy code occurs in text:please ensure you have selected correct language 

5.It can not upload /download files or it can not find disk on the computer :Retry again ,replace USB line ,replace the USB interface of PC

6.It can not store recording files:the memory of this machine is full ,delects some files to release space ,or there is damaged part in memory ,please use after formatting.
