Return Policy

        We promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to the  mailing address you provided. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return non-sale items within the 7 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping charge is not refundable. You need to be responsible for the shipping cost of the return package. All return items must be packaged well and received in good condition. Otherwise return will not be accepted.
       The return items must be in "brand new" condition. Be careful of the packaging since most of our products are fragile. We will refuse all the damaged packages and no refund will be issued. Be sure to include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
       For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.
       We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

Guarantee Or Warranty

our products are covered by a  warranty, for return and repair / replacement.
In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to Honson.
We will make the repairs or instant replacement and ship them back to you.Honson chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country. We have a QA team who tests your ordered products are  functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.

 A: Plastic products:(For example: silicon case, game kit)12 month warranty
 B: Repair parts:(For example, laser lens, chips, HDD Drive, ) 6 month warranty
 C: Original and  all New products: No warranty.
 D: Electronics Products( For example,Joypad, game wheel, keyboard) 6 month warranty.

Replacement Policy

 While we strive to provide you with quality products at a bargain, a product might not perform as
expected by the time it's delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of
the product, you will be shipped a replacement.
Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of delivery (from the date products were received).
 Please contact us or send us an email with a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the
 product, and we will give you a response within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in
good condition. Our customer care staffs may request that you send a picture of the original packaging
 to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.
After 30 days from delivery the return shipping costs (both ways) will be the sole responsibility of the
 customer. We will still try to exchange your defective products for a brand new one where possible.

Several conditions must be met before honson will replace an item
Before returning goods for replacement, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having.
 Most of the times we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having
to send anything back.
Note that some of our items are non-replaceable. You should also click Online Service and one of our
customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.
All honson  items have 7 days (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before
 becoming non-replaceable.
We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from honson back to you). Honson will not be responsible
 for the returning shipping fee (from you to honson).
Honson reserve the right to issue an approximately 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specificat
ion of the item.
